We hired Mike Vipond in the spring of 2023 for a renovation of our 1960’s bungalow in Aldershot. The project included a main floor addition with finished basement, a garage extension, rear covered deck, new roof and siding.
We have worked with many contractors over the years and are “tough markers”. Mike was among the best we have ever worked with. Throughout the process he was consistently calm, collaborative, creative, thoughtful, and skilled. He was flexible when changes were requested and his pricing was fair. Mike has an excellent roster of skilled trades and he did a terrific job of keeping the project flowing despite external delay factors.
